Played an important role in retina team and biologics team in designing and executing experiments to support pre-clinical model development.  Assisted in the immunogenicity of protein therapeutic formulations in mice with designing and executing experiments using both in vivo and in vitro techniques (i.e., tail vein injection, sub-mandibular blood collection, and ELISA).  Assisted in the assay development for detection of anti-drug antibody (ADA) using ELISA.  Designed and executed experiments to support a pre-clinical intervention study in the mouse corneal neovascularization model using various techniques (i.e., corneal debridement, corneal whole mount, and evaluation of neovascularization using Micron III, slit-lamp, and microscopy).  Developed and optimized endpoints using immunohistochemistry technique (double staining on corneal whole mount) and ocular imaging.  Analyzed corneal whole mount using ImageJ and VesselJ software.  Assisted in mouse neonatal model of retinal angiogenesis (retinal whole mount and imaging)
