While working as Solution Coordinator/Change Manager and previously IT project Manager, I have gained very good understanding of different Tele2 product technical implementations and requirement analysis. Been working very closely with country product owners and product management. I also have good experience in project, risk and process management. I was leading such big projects as MACPOC for Tele2 Lithuania and Real Time Rating implementation for Tele2 Latvia. I have good organizational and communication skills as I am collaborating with different departments and countries within Tele2 group on a daily basis. My other advantages are a good command of English as I have lived and worked in London for several years, knowledge of functionality of mobile network radio part, different telecom systems, existing Tele2 central solution.
