Develop mechanical package for future model programs to assure that the best possible vehicle design for the customer. This entails working with various component/subsystem design groups to assure the needs are evaluated and best possible package designs are developed. Requires broad knowledge of all aspects of vehicle design, as well as broad understanding of the various vehicle components/subsystems.

Perform CFD evaluations of climate control duct/register systems to determine performance to targets/specifications and to improve system performance to address customer impact issues. Develop proposal designs based on CFD analysis and coordinate creation of prototype parts to support test.

Lead issue resolution efforts to deliver vehicles that meet, and exceed, customer satisfaction.
