* Responsible for promoting Escitalopram (Cipralex- Lexapro) in private hospitals, medical centres & Clinics and government UAE Ministry of Health and the Dubai Department of Health) and Primary Care Centres. * Responsible for organizing meetings and seminars for promoting these drugs and I gained experience in giving in giving presentations for both the private and government agencies. * Responsible for dealing with the UAE Ministry of Health drug stores in Dubai and Northern Emirates * CIPRALEX SUCCESS STORY * Increased the scope of prescribing of anti-depressants from being only psychiatrists & neurologists to other specialities, ie family doctor, gynaecologist. * Gave lectures on depression evaluation, depression degrees & depression types in Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al-Khaima, Fujairah, Kalba. * Did a 40% growth rate in one year of promotion(target 20%) * Able to add cipralex to the formulary of several hospitals in sharjah & northern emirates. * Detected off label indication for cipralex, reported it to management & started to develop a new promotional plan.
