Started at Covance as a Research Assistant I in the Bio-Analytical department. Responsibilities included pharmacokinetic testing using tandem mass Spectometry LC-MS-MS, analyzing data in Analyst and Watson, performing routine and non routine preventive maintenance on various LC systems (Shimadzu and Waters). I got promoted over the years to Research Assistant II and to Research Assistant III with increasing responsibilities. I was transferred to the Analytical Chemistry/Special Chemistry department in 2013 as a Medical Technologist III and then was promoted to Senior Medical Technologist two years later. Responsibilities included validation and analyses of various Bio-Marker assays (i.e., Testosterone, Dihydrotestosterone, Free testosterone, Cotinine,Prednisolone, Estrone/Estradiol, Corticosteroids, Vitamin D, Vitamin A/E, Aldosterone, DHEA-S, etc) using LC-MS-MS, HPLC and UPLC, SPE and SLE extractions. I also trained and mentored several Technologists on various assays and analytical techniques
