* Complete all of the duties and responsibilities of a Credit Officer * Provide mentoring, training & leadership to direct reports and training for new Credit Officers * Participate and present in manager meetings to communicate updates, issues, best practices and any other pertinent information * Work on any additional projects including but not limited to creating, documenting & improving processes affecting multiple stakeholders
