Ecommerce Project Management Achievements:-Managed an internal IT team and third-party web development company in the creation and development of a custom B2B eCommerce site and custom Product Information Management (PIM) System from conception to successful launch-Worked closely with Grimco's executive team and other key stakeholders to analyze business processes and develop the requirements for the online sales platform and the PIM-Communicated business requirements to the third-party web development company-Managed product content creation and upload into the PIM including specifications, data sheets and imagery -Communicated project status including risks to deadline throughout to key stakeholders-Created and drove the roadmap for the eCommerce site from inception to go live and beyond

I work with Grimco's executives, operations team and graphic designers to develop and execute the launch and growth of branded products and brands exclusive to Grimco.This same team is responsible for the development of Grimco's annual catalog, weekly specials and employee incentive programs tied to marketing campaigns. I analyze the results of our marketing campaigns, which are used to determine strategy for future campaigns. I also serve as an adviser to Grimco's tradeshow team leader, having held that role for multiple years. I work to maintain uniform company branding. In addition, I create marketing and sales presentations and purchase promotional materials. Another component of my position is vendor relations and the development of marketing campaigns targeted at national franchise networks.
