* Specialize in Event and Group MICE function, grow and manage Education, Government sector or key account. * Generate and develop sales leads, including identify new contacts and respond to sales opportunities in order to maximize revenue. * Arrange and carry out Hotel site-inspection. * Produce Quotation, written confirmation to all clients. * Produce Banquet Event Order to be communicated to relevant departments according to clients’ need. * Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business. * Aid in Chinese market new development. * Serve as liaison with vendors on event-related matters. * Keep track of event finances, including invoicing and payment handling. * Work closely with Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Finance, IT, and Security departments to ensure the best execution possible within the service delivery.

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging services and follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards across below F&B functions: * Rock Bar at AYANA, including: * Greet and escort guests to tables. * Assist servers in clearing tables, resetting tables, assisting the guests with order. * PADI Asian Restaurant, including: * Greet and escort guests to tables. * Maintain breakfast buffet and dinner reservations. * Assist servers in clearing tables, resetting tables, assisting the guests with drink refills. * F&B Reservation back office, including: * Assist the F&B office team by answering telephone calls. * Handle the sending and receive guests’ payment information and collect in an orderly form. * Assist with the selling of all F&B outlets.
