Worked as a social media and public relations intern for a number of months, helping to run social media for both the overall company, as well as for individual book accounts. Worked as part of a public relations and marketing team to promote multiple book releases, which included developing in-depth promotional folders for each publication. Also assisted editors with a book released May 2019.

Spent time at three different locations of Lucky Brand, moving to accommodate my school schedule as well as the company's position needs. Gained experience in the field of customer service, both as a seasonal sales associate and a part-time retail salesperson.

Was elected as a vice president for my sorority, serving on the executive board and overseeing social media. Mainly handled on-campus and social media marketing for upcoming events, and gave presentations to sorority regarding personal online reputation and representation.

Although it was a first job, I was trusted to hold the responsibility of opening and closing the store as a keyholder. In addition, I received and processed cash and credit payments for in-store purchases and worked with instructors and students to create a weekly schedule.

Worked as a part-time independent consultant for Education First as they began to set up their newest academy campus in Pasadena, California. Collaborated with other employees living across the US on blog posts and informational pamphlets about Pasadena. Potentially have a full-time position lined up on the new campus, which has been postponed due to COVID-19.

Hired on as a marketing assistant but grew to wear many hats within the company, including social media liaison, junior copywriter, content creator, and main employee in charge of product uploads. Wrote the majority of the current on-site copy, particularly product and collection descriptions, using Search Engine Optimization (SEO) parameters. Assisted wherever needed in general customer service, including answering phone calls and responding to emails and on-site reviews. Learned several graphic design systems, especially Adobe Photoshop and Canva, for use in digital marketing.
