Co-ordinating music workshops and projects in Immigration Detention Centres. Raising awareness of the immigration system in the UK, through songs and stories of people with lived experience.

Leading intergenerational music workshops in care homes / supported living with babies, toddlers and their parents/guardians.

Facilitating gamelan workshops in prisons and other community settings. Developing work and life skills through music.

Supporting young people to gain confidence and move on to permanent accommodation. Working with people from a variety of backgrounds; homeless, asylum seeker and people with experience of the criminal justice system.

I am currently working on the new touring production of Nosferatu written by Ian McMillan (based on an aspects of Bram Stoker's Dracula). It will explore the manifestation and consequences of fear on the three sailor characters as they bring coffins of earth from Bulgaria to Whitby. The production will explore themes of time, the sea, superstition, religious fervour and rationality.I will arrange, perform and music direct a score, in collaboration with James Beale (director) and Roddy B (composer). I will also be working with Inspire Choir in Bury to record a live choral extract for the finale.The production will tour to venues across the North of England in Spring 2014.http://www.properjob.org.uk/touring.html

Helping to run two major programmes for Rural Arts:ON Tour - programming professional companies for Rural Touring in North Yorkshire.Create:Tour - running theatre, music and dance projects for young people (11-16) from rural areas of North Yorkshire. Giving them the chance to create a performance, get a taste of professional touring and gain an Arts Award.
