Managed Business Development in its entirety across the Midlands region, encompassing the supervision of 60 employees - managers, supervisors, installers, surveyors and administrators. I fostered many integral, profitable relationships with local authorities, housing associations, government agencies and energy suppliers, that were key to achieving strategic KPIs and profit margins for the company.

My responsibilities as Divisional Sales Manager is to purchase high quality, work ready orders within pre-specified geographical areas for energy efficient measures such as cavity wall and loft insulation. I must deliver these orders within a budget, analysing relevant ratios to achieve overall business objectives. I have successfully worked below all budgets since taking the role, increasing the company's installation capabilities and geographical coverage areas beyond initial targets in doing so. The role also requires relationship management, both internally and externally, to ensure that processes are followed and requirements are met. This requires close liaising with a variety of departments within the company in addition to both the external surveyors and the team of self-employed surveyors I currently oversee.
