The Chatfeild Cyclones graciously allowed me the opportunity to volunteer as a coach with their 11 yr old team. Started with Ello as a consultant in December of 2014 and joined full-time in February of 2015. Unfortunately, due to burn and runway concerns, 2/3 of the dev team was laid off in July. My time at Ello was epic. I made some life-long friendships, wrote some of the best code of my life (Loves, comment unification, reposting) and had an absolute blast doing it. Ello was one of the best teams I ever worked on and I would do it all over in a heartbeat. :metal:

Recruited to Fannie Mae’s securities accounting team in February 2008, and recognized the need for and engineered financial models to improve efficiency and eliminate manual processes. Position required detailed financial model construction coupled with the ability to think independently. Engineered and built a financial model that saves Fannie Mae over $2 million annually in write-offs and eliminated 160 man hours each month. Automated multiple financial reporting systems, enabling operational data to be delivered one day earlier. Assisted in building a financial analytics package – presented monthly to upper management – that identified key business drivers and strategically assessed the mortgage backed securities market. Analyzed multiple types of fixed-income securities to identify embedded derivatives.

Started as Visiting Clubhouse volunteer and was awarded increasingly greater responsibilities over five seasons (Batboy, Assistant Clubhouse Manager - Visiting Clubhouse, Assistant to Director - Clubhouse Operations.) Position required exceptional customer service skills, willingness to perform clubhouse maintenance tasks and the personality and the patience to adapt continuously to different working environments. Promoted every season for five seasons – ultimately attaining the position of Assistant to Director. Founded a highly successful electronics consulting business that serviced over one-hundred MLB players’ MP3 devices and other high-end electronics. iFixPhones.com is one of 3 businesses I've bootstrapped but the first I've sold. I founded iFixPhones.com in 2009 and immediately became Denver's premier iPhone repair service. A mobile business focused on same day repairs in less than 30 minutes. iFixPhones.com wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive repair shop in Denver... The reason we were so successful was our focus on being the best value for our customers. We never spent a single dollar on advertising and took pride in doing the right thing, for the right reasons... Every time. In 2012 I transitioned the company to be employee ran, and in August of 2013, after falling in love with web development I decided to sell iFixPhones and pursue software full-time. I haven't looked back.
