- Collect the information about clients and clients’ industry by various means - Find out suitable candidates by cold call、warm call and database searching - Briefing candidates to check out their qualification - Arrange interviews between consultants and candidates - Interview candidates with consultants - Collect information about candidates to present them to clients - Follow up the status of the interview between clients and candidates - Full mapping the market for clients if needed- Work very closely with consultants to understand business directions and recruiting needs from clients’ side. And responsible for full execution process of different searches.- Select search strategy of target companies;- Industry mapping and analyzing.- “Map out” the candidate universe, search for qualified candidates by cold call, warm call and database searching.- Assist consultants to arrange interviews and follow up the status of the interview between clients and candidates- Guide new researchers to share searching experience in Industry function- Responsible for the reasonable distribution of Industry cases from consultants to other team members
