I work in a cardiac hospital in the PCU where we care for CABG, cath, electrophysiology and peripheral vascular cases mainly. We also have many diabetic patients and renal cases to go along with that. I have cared for people who have had open heart, amputation, AICDs, PPM, agents and ablations among other things. I have managed drips such as cardizem, milrinone, amiodarone, integrilin, heparin, and argatroban among others.
