Reporting and verifying the effectiveness of the corrective actions. More than 50 audits had been performed, and the main clients is: SVW, SGM, Shanghai Huizhong and etc. Responsible for Negotiating, Developing, Managing and Conducting the 2nd Party audit for OEMs, such as SGM and QIANJIANG MOTOR.

* Responsible for establishing and maintaining the quality management system according to ISO/TS16949. And passed the onsite audit and got the certificate. * Responsible for the quality issues solving which was occurred during the production and customer complaints. Satisfied the customer by solving the warranty quality problem of the control modules of Air conditioning Fan.

* Responsible for quality management of domestic suppliers with concentration as following: * 1 Auditing quality system of supplier. Taking charge of quality system audit of Casting, Forging, Electric and Mechanical Processing plants. Analyzing the existing problems of process and giving corresponding proposals. * 2 Continuous improvement. Working with suppliers to solve the quality problems during their batch production. * Also worked as Project Management Assistant for developing, organizing, coordinating and piloting the localizations of suppliers for new car-models and projects such as AX, EX, EM, PICASSO

* Responsible for performing the on-site audit according to ISO/TS16949/ISO9001/VDA6.1 to ensure that the standard and customer’s requirements have been met. Reporting and verifying the effectiveness of the corrective actions. I am familiar with the OEMs specific requirements. * Responsible for helping the new colleague to prepare for the Auditor Exam, and sharing my audit experience with them to handle the complex situation. * Responsible for hosting some public workshops/seminars, such as how to implemented the internal audit. * Having performed more than 160 times as lead auditor, and more than 400 audits as team member. The main client is: SVW, Shanghai Yanfeng and Shanghai Delphi and etc. Some of the audit were also performed in English. I also cover some audits in Korean.

I am familiar with the OEMs specific requirements. * Responsible for coaching and hosting some public workshops/seminars, such as how to implemented the internal audit. * Having performed more than 60 times as lead auditor, and more than 50 audits as team member. The main client is: SGM, Shanghai Huizhong, Shanghai GKN and etc. Some of the audit were also performed in English. * Perform the 2nd Party Auditor for PEUGEO 4S Store(Dealers) according to PEUGEO’s Special requirements.
