The Regenerative Surgical Regional Director is responsible to manage the Company’s sales employees and sales activities in the assigned territory according to the strategy set by the Company. The Regenerative Surgical Regional Director’s contact and administrator at the Company will be the Company’s Executive Vice President of Commercial Operations.

The Surgical Specialist is responsible for working cross-functionally within the assigned Region / Representative to sell Kerecis Omega3 to the assigned quota, to create effective local sales strategies and physician training programs that position Kerecis Omega3 SurgiBind and Kerecis Omega3 OR competitively in the market and increase sales. The Specialist focus is on facilitating access and competence to surgical accounts by bringing leadership and best practices for acquiring and managing new surgical users. Provide expertise in positioning the product among competition and experience in surgical usage of Kerecis products. The Specialist will work closely with the assigned field sales team to educate them on proper usage and promotion of Kerecis Surgical products. The Specialist will have assigned accounts, overlapping representatives, attend product applications and provide education. This is a full-time position.
