Contract manufacturer of Greenfield Project. Main responsibilities included supplier auditing and approval; identification of inspection requirements, methods, and purchase of equipment; development of receiving inspection procedures [all adopted by customer to replace their current system]; worked with 3rd party lab for product integrity testing per FDA analytical requirements.I had started with the company as their 4th employee to develop supplier quality. At the end of 2 years, ECM had purchased a manufacturing plant, started production, and increased to 1,200 employees working a four-shift, 24/7 production week.Plant closure after customer bought out contract and took all manufacturing internally.

APQP/PPAP responsibilities for two product lines; QE support for tube form & cut and assembly; Six Sigma project conducted for internal scrap issue which generated a calculated $1.4M savings.
