I designed the Cloud Infrastructure to support their greenfield development on a new application that will become the center of their business.

I worked to support the platform which the hosted the core banking product across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. For that, I primarily worked with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm; but I additionally worked with Flux, Argo, Datadog, Packer, and RabbitMQ.

I worked in a DevOps role across 13 brands on their Google Cloud Platform infrastructure, using tools such as Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, Packer, Prometheus, and many more.

I worked on CNET.com primarily as a frontend developer dealing with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP in a distributed team environment.

I supported the day-to-day operations of the business school computer labs including 150+ virtualized Windows 7 thin clients and 10 Mac desktops. In addition, I assisted any students, faculty, or staff with problems they may have throughout the business school.

I assisted the faculty and staff of the Computer Engineering and Computer Science department as needed, and provided visitors to the department with answers to questions they may have had.

I supported Googlers to help them work more efficiently with technology. This included supporting OS X, Windows, Linux, Chrome OS, iOS, and Android platforms. Additionally, I developed an internal tool to make improvements to the Onboarding of new employees, as well as a new process that affects Onboarding.

I supported the employees of Google Kirkland and Google Seattle in their technology needs, including troubleshooting their computers, setting up new employees accounts, and performing Network maintenance. I also updated an internal website with new information and functionality, in order to be more useful for it's target audience.

I repaired computers throughout the school district as problems arose and prepared 8 new computer labs for deployment into various schools in the district. In addition, I helped in confirming inventory of the school district's technology assets and upgraded the RAM on many computers throughout the high school.
