I was given a amazing opportunity to build a team as a General Manager in October of 2022. In about 3 months I built a team, had each team member trained and developed at other locations, and had a successful store opening in December 2022 in Broomfield CO. We exceeded our sales goal for the first 6 months. I continue to lead and develop a successful team at the Broomfield location.

I was hired on as a experienced manager to help support the store. The current GM was about to be suspended. I was a stand in GM for 3 months while the company interviewed and hired for a new GM. I was required to be in my role for 6 months before becoming eligible for a promotion.

I took over a team of 6 trainers. I helped build a strong training team. I partnered with the General Manager and Sales Manager to develop the overall business. I trained clients and taught trainers better selling practices to develop their clientele.

I was promoted to a Head Functional Strength Coach in August 2017 at the Greeley location. Around February of 2018, I was transferred to the Lakewood location 3 months after the facility opened. I was brought in to this facility to turn the training department around. The original head trainer did not manage his business properly. I turned the training department around to start achieving training goals. I was hired on as a Functional Strength Coach 1 month before the facility opened. I led one-on-one and small group training sessions before and after the facility opened. I eventually worked my way up to training 70+ training sessions a week and two small group classes. I was promoted up to Head Functional Strength Coach in August 2017.

Built and led the training team at the recreational center on campus. I taught a class for trainers to become certified through the American Council of Exercise. I assisted in leading all programs related to the recreational center (group training, personal training, classes, events, etc).

Started as a Personal Trainer on Campus at the Recreational Center. I received a promotion to Head-Trainer/Program assistant in January 2016.
