• Create Apprenticeships and Traineeships• Research required information efficiently and accurately• Gained NVQ in Advice and Guidance when working for National Careers Service • Knowledge of the apprenticeship levy• Making outbound and receiving inbound calls from prospective businesses

• Managing and liaising with colleagues and providers• Provided internal training for new and existing colleagues• Working to set targets and specified standards• Handling data protection• Acting as a source of guidance and a conduit between claimants and other providers

• Liaise with over 80, 000 grantors and other external agencies and comparing that with a GIS mapping system.• Support the provision of high quality customer service• Answer phones• Respond to email enquiries • Issue customer service letters

• Making outbound calls to perspective and existing customers.• Solving customer problems via email, letters and phone calls• Liaising with partner companies in order to confirm deliveries
