Under the corporate loans division’s concession and construction branch; analyzing and evaluating credit applications for assigned group of companies portfolio, evaluating and assisting to project finance branch for new PPP’s (Dardanelles Bridge, highways, hospitals etc) and evaluating abroad projects (Sub-Sahara countries railroad tenders, former Soviet countries road or household concession tenders etc), budget sheet analyzing both with IFRS and Turkish accounting standards, negotiating on all kind of letter of guarantees’ written specifications regarding to legal advises and preparing commitment letter, preparing documents and files for reconstructed credits, monitoring loans, monitoring house construction market in Turkey, preparing documentations for both legal authorities (BRSA etc.) and managers of the bank includes BoD members (quarterly and yearly portfolio monitoring and reevaluating process, minor reports etc.), assisting to branches daily interactions

After proven track records in banking sector, I switched in to the customer side in one of the biggest conglomerates of Turkey. I'm responsible for price negotiations on cash, non-cash loans and deposits. Also getting Eurobonds and option based loans is in my work flow. I'm assisting the senior management cash flow decisions in daily routine. Furthermore, I'm also directly in contact with banks for limit allocation and limit renewal process.Other core of my work is project finance section. In the group, more than 20 investments is going and additionally few are in dealing and financial closing process. I'm following all of their post loan transactions and o going transactions. Under knowledge of C-level managers, I'm conducting negotiations, loan agreement discussions, cp process etc. I'm also giving comments on financial models and preparing feasibility reports.
