Building Bridges Together promotes interfaith dialogue to create deep and meaningful relationships among people from Christian, Jewish and Muslim faiths. We believe that such relationships will lead to greater understanding, cooperation, and caring among these faith communities and will contribute to healing the world. We create easily implementable programs which employ interfaith dialogue among members of different faith communities (Christians, Jews and/or Muslims) to develop greater understanding and deep, sustained, and meaningful relationships among the participants.

I am Chair of the Diversity Equity and Inclusion Committee. In 2021-2022 I was co-chair of the Board Racial Equty Task Force and Vice Chair of the Trusteeship and Governance Committee. I also serve on the Executive Committee and served for five years on the Executive Appraisal and Compensation Committee and the Student Development Committee. In 2019 I chaired the Risk Oversight Task Force for the Board of Trustees. The College of Wooster is America's premier college for mentored undergraduate research. Founded in 1866, this small liberal arts college enrolls approximately 2,000 students, and has an 12-1 student to faculty ratio.

American Leadership Forum - Silicon Valley (ALF) is a network of regional leaders committed to serving the common good in Silicon Valley.Through its Fellows programs, ALF brings together diverse leaders to explore process of collaborative leadership that strengthens their capacity to address difficult issues. I cochaired the DEI Committee of this 30+ member Advisory Board 2019-2021. Facing History and Ourselves’ mission of helping teachers develop the informed, compassionate, active, global citizens so critical to the world is furthered by the work of the Advisory Board. As ambassadors and fundraisers in the community, Advisory Board members introduce the work of Facing History to teachers, community leaders and potential donors.

The American College of Governance Counsel is a professional, educational, and honorary association of lawyers widely-recognized for their achievements in the field of governance. The mission of the College is to promote a high level of professional standards among governance lawyers along with a better understanding and broader adoption of best practices within business organizations.There were only 50 Fellows, and another 9 Honorary Fellows, in the inaugural class in 2015. Fellows spend a substantial amount of their time in boardrooms advising directors in a variety of circumstances such as shareholder activism and engagement, management succession, internal investigations, disclosure obligations, shareholder litigation, and a broad range of regulatory and governmental matters. I served as Chairman of the Board of this non-profit with the goal of helping more underrepresented students prepare for college. ALearn's academic and enrichment programs increase achievement and raise student aspirations for college. ALearn offers math competency, growth mindset and college readiness programs both in the summer and afterschool and has served more than 8,000 students since 2008.
