Asset Management is charged with overseeing, managing, and driving sales from an existing portfolio of payroll clients in partnership with sales distribution and HQ. Value creation happens thru identification, evaluation, and execution of Asset management strategies which directly impact over 1 billion in gross annual sales and over 4 billion of in-force premium. Effectively increasing referral networks, cross-selling opportunities, client persistency, affiliate/broker partnerships, and sales efficiencies while delivering on a positive customer experience to accelerate profits.

In this officer relationship with Aflac, responsibilities ranged from overseeing company P&L, leading and serving approximately 9000 plus field partners and 80,000 B2B clients. Tasked with but not limited to duties of leadership, management, project scaling, and leadership influence driving strategic and tactical sales growth for over 270 million in annual gross sales.
