As a member of the digital financial inclusion team at gui2de, I contributed to the research design and analysis of RCT's measuring the demand for and impact of increased digital access and use of financial services, specifically auto-savings and loan products, by marginalized populations in Kenya through data analysis, daily data validation, research design, and partner engagement and relationship management.

Consulting on a two-member team for GETF, I analyzed the PET recycling value chains in sub-Saharan Africa and developed a market prioritization tool and intervention matrix to guide corporate sustainability strategy development for interventions in the PET recycling value chain.

Contributed to the continuing work of the Restoring Family Links (RFL) program, which reconnects families after separation due to conflict, disaster, and humanitarian disasters through the upkeep of a program database, communication with caseworkers, and outreach efforts including a blog post (see link below) -Provided support to caseworkers by sending casework correspondence for family tracing to American Red Cross chapters and international partners. -Updated program materials and information such as the Standard Operating Procedure program and research on refugee and immigrant populations. -Added to the continuing work of the Restoring Family Links blog with blog posts to continue community outreach. As a Research Assistant, I authored a brief on the gendered dynamics of post-conflict and disaster infrastructure reconstruction with case study analysis of projects in Afghanistan, DRC, and Haiti. Contributed to ongoing research projects in digital financial inclusion, conflict, climate change, and gender equality by conducting literature reviews, data analysis with Stata, policy briefs, and internal reports.

* Conducted an assessment of Puerto Lopez by interviewing or surveying 127 community members to determine areas of need. Then, developed or improved projects to address these needs * Designed and facilitated a 10-week course in high schools on topics of gender, self-esteem, bullying, and leadership in which 277 youth participated * Assisted in the development of a gender curriculum currently used by other Peace Corps Volunteers throughout Ecuador * Managed a Let Girls Learn grant of $9,480 for a camp to educate and empower 47 young women thus promoting gender equality, healthier lifestyles, and leadership in Puerto Lopez * Planned and co-facilitated a three day training on girls education and women’s empowerment for 14 Peace Corps Volunteers and 11 Ecuadorians

Working on the INVEST MEL team, I developed a MEL agenda and framework for the Women's Global Development and Prosperity initiative (W-GDP) to identify long-term outcomes and impacts of gender lens impact investing and blended finance approaches across nine subcontracts. Ongoing efforts include, contributions to the development of individual buy-in MEL agendas to fit within the framework, collaboration with the INVEST team on the MEL agenda, and contributions to quarterly reports.

60 Decibels makes it easy to listen to the people who matter most. In 2019 we spun out of Acumen to create a new social enterprise to bring Lean Data(SM) to the world. Our Lean Data(SM) approach turns customer voice into high-value insights that help businesses maximize their impact.

In collaboration with the LER team, I led an effort to standardize and find a common understanding of the Institute's work on informing and improving policy in order to improve MEL of programs across the different centers in line with the strategic plan. Contributed to the after action review of KNOWvember, a month dedicated to learning, to understand the opportunities and persistent barriers to learning at USIP through conducting an Institute wide survey and illustrating the findings in a two-page brief to the learning leadership team.
