* Track all on-boarding requests and forms & initiate all pre-employment screening and background screening checks * Engage with Recruitment Partners, Deutsche Bank's HR and vendors in conducting the on-boarding process * Generate offer letters and new hire paperwork * Coordinate medical and criminal records checks for permanent staff & liaise with immigration providers when required * Update the client relevant systems in a timely manner ensuring that all information is accurate * Oversee final transfer and handover of on-boarding file to the client's HR team ensuring that all SLA's are met * Offer a white glove/concierge service to senior level candidates as required & organize and deliver new hire orientation * Communicating with and updating key stakeholders across the business regularly on all in-progress candidates * Restructuring old processes and implementing new ones to streamline onboarding process
