The firm has been representing the income tax cases before Assessing officers, CIT appeal, income tax appellate tribunal. Under the guidance of Sri. S.K. Garg (Senior Advocate Allahabad), had the opportunity to handle search cases. Under the guidance of S.K. Tulisian (Senior Advocate Kolkata), had the opportunity to represent the case before settlement commission New Delhi. The firm has a vast coverage of clients from diverse industries. Major sectors being saree manufacturing, gold ornaments manufacturing and sales, hospitals, spices manufacturing, garment manufacturing and exports ,etc.The firm have an expertise in dealing the cases of charitable institutions, specially issues related to 12AA.The firm also has full fledged working team for GST, Company Law matters, Income Tax Compliance, Bank Audit and Project financing. Shah (Senior Partner of the firm) had the opportunity to audit big companies like Indian Oil Corporation Digboi, Bokaro Steel Plant, Oberoi Hotel New Delhi, Asiatic Oxygen & Acetylene Co Limited.Also was able to work for public sector banks like Union Bank of India, Allahabad Bank etc.
