* Responsible for Human Bone Tissue storage, inventory counts and reconciliation, restocking, ordering, fulfilling and shipping to customers both internally and externally. * Provide customer service support for national sales force. * Plan manufacturing of 8 product lines from component to top level assemblies. * Order, monitor, expedite and provide reports on products. * Analyze and identify demand and use of raw materials. * Interact with Quality Control, Material, Engineering, Document Control, Manufacturing, and outside vendors to manufacture and produce spinal instrument product lines. * Utilize MRP/ERP systems to schedule and budget for product line materials and external part purchasing. * Training and use of Vantage by Epicor, Manufacturing Deviation procedures, NCMR procedures, and Quality Modules. * Analysis of ECO implementation and distribution in product lines. * Material receipt, inventory, and receiving product inspection. * Bill of Materials and Bill of Operations changes * Input and maintenance of product lines.

* Trained in finished and raw material quoting and comparison pricing techniques; order fulfillment; external and internal material ordering; and MPS/MRP recording and tracking systems. * Communication with Sales, Shipping, Engineering and Quality Control departments to assure internal material ordering and restocking quality. * Heavy communication to maintain business relationships with Vendors and Suppliers. * Data entry of Sales and Purchase orders. * Maintenance of both customer and vendor databases. * Assist with internal and external Shop Order Fulfillment. * Report material availability, vendor shipping and delivery timeliness. * Update new product worksheets and departmental completion. * Non-Conforming Material Reporting and vendor returns.
