* Directed full project life-cycle of ERP solutions for Fortune 500 companies encompassing pre-sales analysis, sales, post-sales support, relationship management, project scheduling, and resource allocation and utilization. Managed project teams scalable from 10 * to 1000 * consultants, partners and client teams.

Program Director for an Oracle r11i design and implementation at QUALCOMM, a global cellular communications company. Responsible for the coordination of a supply chain and customer relationship management redesign, Sarbanes Oxley assessment and systems implementation. Results: $10M project successfully completed on time, and within budget. Ensured project was compliant with all Sarbanes Oxley Requirements.

Global Consulting Program Manager for one of the largest worldwide implementations of Oracle r11i at Alcoa, a $25 billion global aluminum manufacturer. Managed a program team of 1,500+ people, comprising a worldwide representation of both client and consulting resources. The project encompassed a complete back-office and front office implementation of Oracle (Financials, Manufacturing, Order Management, CRM, and HR) and was deployed to over 45,000 users. Results: The initial design initiative completed successfully on time, and the subsequent deployment of the Oracle application. Cost reductions realized of over $1 billion for the client and over $95M in client fees for KPMG.

Led the US Central Region for CSC’s Global Oracle Practice holding full P&L accountability for multi-million dollar ERP consultancy projects and service contracts. Responsibilities included business development, contract negotiation and the provision of technical and managerial oversight to all aspects of client engagements. Provided advisory services to top-tier client executives (CEO’s, CFO’s, COO’s and CIO’s) and established, strengthened and managed relationships with CSC’s customer base.

Provided program direction and business subject matter expertise. Company focused on assisting customers in turning around and driving their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects forward. Delivered in-depth technical and business analysis focused on improving ERP performance to clients in Financial, Customer Relationship Management, Distribution and Supply Chain functions. Scope of services included business transformation, organizational change management and the enablement of IT to support business strategies.
