As a BE in the small and midsize business and partner program group I was in the critical path of all testing for engineering and QA of the partner program website at Microsoft. I prepared and administered multiple SQL 2005 server environments and deployed new code to them as a precursor to release to the production environments. I worked with Web services, VSTF, SQL 2005 and, working with program management, developed process for building 26 large scale web-based applications. Additionally I troubleshot test environments when there were deployment issues reviewing logs and modifying build and deployments scripts

As build engineer in the development team of BGE I was in the critical path of the SDLC between developers and build. I managed the process of daily builds, build deployments, tracking and reporting both bugs and tasks to bring blocking build issues to resolution. I did this using a proprietary MS build product and VSTF. This process included hands on troubleshooting, task tracking and reporting to team leads, PM’s and senior developers much like as a Technical PM for build and deployment would do.

As a build management in Windows group, I built, documented and deploy using command scripts and MSbuild and Managed the processes for building windows 7 for development tools. I work with developers and source control and analysts to ensure a stable windows 7 code base. I troubleshot test environments when there were deployment issues reviewing logs and modifying build and deployments scripts as needed. I use SQL, IIS and Windows server on a daily basis and coordinate with offshore builders to provide 24x7 build supports.

* April 2011-September 15-2012 * Managed High Business Impact Application Projects * Working within the SDLC and ITLC for MSIT I delivered quarterly releases impacting internal applications and complex application infrastructures for the business. * Lead meetings, tracked project health, milestones, life-cycle and communicated with stake holders in 6 different applications simultaneously while working with teams from around the world. * Business owners and other stakeholders were reported to weekly on any critical path task deviations. * Managed team of 24 on the development test and operations side ensuring a timely delivery software hardware and application updates. * Prioritized and took action on high priority work items, working with all levels of business, developers and operations. Facilitated and managed weekly triage and milestone meetings across 6 application teams, managing bugs and team work items in TFS. * Flexible and agile, I assured all deliverable were delivered early or on time to and kept expected production downtime's to a minimum.

* Spectracal * October 2012 – October 2013 * eCommerce Manager –Business Analyst and Release Manager * Spectracal is a small software development and hardware sales company where I managed the 5 ecommerce websites and the product release process. This included software releases, website and Amazon sales. * Ecommerce progress reports were weekly reporting directly to the CEO and company president. * I also assisted in infrastructure administration monitoring and management as well as hardware and software testing when needed.
