Takes the lead role in determining the processes and system solutions to support the Directorate services. To take a lead role in the process of bringing desired outcomes for Children and Young People in North Lincolnshire by co-ordinating, developing and managing the processes of performance review within Children and Young People’s Service Acts as the Council’s nominated lead officer for national programmes, involving technology solutions to support the statutory functions of Children and Young People’s Service Manages the strategic vision and resources to support the effective use of multiple Contact Management Solutions (CMS), Management information systems and supporting technologies to ensure the safeguarding of children and raising of achievement across the Children & Young People’s Service, Educational sites ,Local Safeguarding Board and Children’s Trust partners. To take the lead role in developing effective systems for managing data, and the development of management information to support the needs of the service.
