I co-founded Collabco Software taking the role of technical director to lead implementations and build a technical team consisting of development, consulting and support functions. Initially the company operated as a solution provider working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft SharePoint technologies and I successfully lead the team in delivering solutions across a range of sectors including engineering, legal, local government, housing and education. Building on those years of success, recognising the need for sustainable growth, I led the company transition to being an education focussed SaaS business. I have led the technical and product teams that developed myday, a student/academic dashboard, content platform and mobile app used by many leading educational establishments in the UK, Europe and APAC regions to drive student engagement, participation and retention. myday has grown to become the leading solution in it's category throughout the UK and Europe.
