China Engineers is Caterpillar company located in Hong Kong, during my time with this great company I was involved with the installation of high voltage diesel generator stations, we had 8 stations in total, not all high voltage, as an example, if the power in the main airport building was cut, our generators would would start using a scarda control system, the main airport power would be restored in the blink of an eye.

My work was to undertake the installation of the three gas powered generator stations, this was to help the people in the rural locations to have power, there was three location for the stations, the generator stations were each 11 MW, the connection was to high voltage 33,000 Volts.

Overseeing the implementation and installation of energy related equipment in industry hotels, resorts and hospitals. Adhering to various environmental agreements, inspecting and liaising with outside companies and manufacturing plants to provide assistance in bringing them up to ISO 14,001 standard; instigating various energy saving techniques and recommending them to issuing bodies. Utilizing numerous energy saving plans to cut electricity bills, often over time frames of up to five years, replacing out dated systems with more energy efficient modern machinery. Observing strict Health & Safety policies, ensuring all procedures, regulations and protocols are adhered to at all times, such as the Euro-Asian agreement.Maintaining a close working relationship with other staff to ensure a relaxed and efficient working environment, coordinating and overseeing manufacturing plants.
