Advised senior leadership on matters related to commercial law, corporate law, defence contracting, procurement law, and risk management. Negotiated, drafted, and advised on contracts relating to shipbuilding, ship repair, and naval architecture/engineering. Managed real property matters for the Halifax Shipyard and affiliated businesses, including leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and shipyard infrastructure development.
