I am currently a senior at University of Alabama in Huntsville studying Supply Chain Management. I work for 3M in the manufacturing industry where I use my skills of Leadership, Manufacturing and organization to complete tasks that I receive and have a great team mentality. My professional goal is to help others and lead them towards achieving their goals as well. Being a leader has helped me understand the importance of taking responsibility. My plan is to utilize my education and experience within the workplace to benefit both the company and my personal success
