Through a distinguished 40 year career across the public, private and voluntary sectors, I have a passion for impacting societal outcomes, social mobility, diversity and cohesion and improving community engagement.This has led to my current role as Strategy Partner at Newton, where I am working as part of the Public Sector leadership team to develop how we support the sector to reimagine public services, focused on the needs of people and communities. I am also Non-Executive Director for Bradford Children’s Trust, and Chair of the Employer’s Network for Equality and Inclusion (ENEI). My career has seen me working and thriving in complex stakeholder environments with politicians and officials at all levels as well as a range of public sector agencies. I have also led and delivered major organisational transformations, local regeneration schemes, housing developments and social change programmes (including a range of high profile national enquiries).
