Secondary Items Manager for the Tactical Wheeled Vehicle Heavy Tactical/HEMTT Team, responsible for seventy secondary items. Ability to perform technical, intensive, integrated management of tank-automotive materiel encompassing one or more groups or classes of items. Managed at the National Inventory Control Point level with system wide, national/ international impact, secondary items are typically high dollar value ($500,000 or less), requiring close control of inventories through complex supply control studies and other management techniques. Managed items involved in complex logistics programs, have high density and activity, require presentation of supply control studies to top management officials at TACOM and require close coordination with project managers and item users. Performed assigned duties which include requirements computation, provisioning, rebuild and disposal direction, distribution and funds management, procurement and cataloging direction. Coordinated efforts of supply specialists and support personnel associated with a particular group of items and review work for technical adequacy. Planed, analyzed, programmed, and budgeted to support Army requirements. Coordinated and integrated Logistics Management functions to achieve program milestones/goals.

Completed a 15 month Intern Logistics Studies Program (iLog) at the Army Logistics Management College with a 3.1 GPA. Courses encompassed functional training in supply, maintenance and transportation at the national strategic level. Completed a four month Quartermaster Basic Officer Leadership Course, and participated in on-the-job training assignments; an integral part of the intern program, to include the following accomplishments: Directorate of Logistics (DOL) Fort Belvoir, Virginia: Learned the daily operations and processes to operate the Installation Transportation Office (ITO), Directorate of Materiel (DOM), Directorate of Support Services (DOSS) and Plans and Operations. Assisted with the Central Issue Facility, Warehouse Activities, Property Book, Fuel Distribution, and the Supply Support Activities. Assisted the CIPBO in providing services to its 900 plus hand receipt accounts, with the property book valued at over $300 million dollars. Defense Distribution Center- Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Corpus Christi, Texas and Defense Supply Center Richmond DLA Aviation: Shadowed Quality Assurance Evaluators in the Warehouse, Inventory, Foreign Military Sales, and other warehouse activities. Conducted studies of work processes and procedures. Learned how to improve local policies, plans, programs, and procedures to fulfill the purposes of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Gained accountability to ensure PWS quality standards were maintained. Studied and verified reports and data prepared by contractors. Knowledgeable in utilizing a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP); accompanied QAE in inspections to identify and correct violations.

Provided exceptional customer service and support for various departments within the City of Richmond including Public Works, Community Development, Finance, and the Assessor of Real Estate. Managed and analyzed complex and sensitive customer complaint cases by receiving, reviewing and attempting to resolve complaints from city of Richmond citizens.
