One of the activities of the quality department is the assurance of the calibrations of all measuring equipment used on the production floor. Working on this task by doing the planning of the calibrations and the execution of the activities allowed me to know the fundamental aspects of product quality, quality tools as well as reinforce skills such as conflict management and effective communication.

As an intern in the area of sales training I had the opportunity to learn about the importance and the way in which sales culture and personnel training courses are developed. I was able to see and learn about the tools and activities for staff development and cohesion. I developed administrative activities such as creation of training content, elaboration of presentations of results, communication of activities at national level. Implementation of activities at national level. Management of dynamic tables and databases in excel.

I had the opportunity to work as the administrator of the teacher evaluation platform. I was also responsible for generating reports of the results obtained in the platform by dynamic tables and database management in excel.
