- Leading all product aspects of HPE’s Application Performance Management suite of products which includes rich legacy on premise portfolio as well as innovative next gen SaaS suite of products. - Managing a team of 10 PMs, UX experts and graphic designers. - Defining vision and shaping a unified, differentiated product strategy and roadmap for the entire portfolio - Closely working with corporate marketing team, on messaging and collateral, analysts briefs and PRs.

- Defining a new suite of APM SaaS based products following an in-depth market research, competitor analysis, surveys and in-depth interviews with existing and potential customers- Leading the requirement definition, design and UX with focus on innovation, differentiation and ease of use- Building a new team of Product managers, User Experience experts and graphic designers and defining working processes with R&D with focus on very close collaboration and perfect alignment - Creating a new brand for the suite including a new UI design language and a naming of the suite and products. - Running Beta programs for assuring best in class usability and validating product-market fit- Running launch activities for the new products - marketing message, field guidance, collateral, sales assets including speaking in professional conferences (Velocity) and customer events- Deeply involved in technology, architecture and program management

- Managing a cross functional, cross geographical team of over 35 people responsible for the development HP’s End user management suite- Leading design and development of a new SaaS synthetic monitoring offering and a new mobile application
