Advising Inari during the integration period following the acquisition of LimFlow

Joined as the first company employee and led Limflow out of incubation all the way to sale of the company for up to $415M to Inari Medical. Assembled and captained the world-class team that developed and commercialized a practice-changing therapy for the treatment of late stage Chronic Limb Threatening Ischemia, resulting in FDA approval and a landmark publication in the New England Journal of Medicine. Raised over $100M USD from leading VCs.

Drove commercial operations for a Swiss start-up medical device company with innovative and proprietary implantable pump systems. Led the global commercial operations team including Director of Sales, Director of Clinical Affairs, VP of Market Access and Reimbursement and the marketing team.

Invited to join the Board of Directors as an independent advisor on medical device commercialization. Subsequently recruited into the company to support a successful CHF 23.7 million Series B fund raising effort.

Led the product marketing, brand management, medical affairs and training and education function for the Coronary Vascular business (drug eluting stents and the full interventional cardiology portfolio) in Western Europe.

Led sales and marketing teams for the Coronary Vascular, Endovascular and Peripheral Vascular businesses in the Nordic region with full P&L responsibility. Achieve +70% growth during tenure.
