Managing a team of 40, responsible for daily centralized replenishment activities (planning, purchasing, inventory control) for the biggest minimart and convenience store system in Vietnam with aggressive expansion :• Analyze and monitor delivery and replenishment (purchasing) method for each type of product per store, replenishment frequency, DC handling unit, Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), Minimum and Maximum Stock Level,… to find the optimal solutions, ensuring stock availability at stores with lowest cost, ensuring Sales target achievement to the Store operation• Build and improve continuously processes and systems to serve all daily replenishment (including Supplier PO issuance, Store and DC Inventory Control) activities, communicating with ~ 2,000 stores and ~3,000 SKU on demand request. Estimated 6,000 PO creation per day and total purchase value in 2019 ~ $500m• Monitor and assess supplier capability (planning, capacity, logistics), giving input to Procurement team for optimal deal with Suppliers and manage Supplier performance improvement (planning flexibility, DIFOT, product availability), ensuring optimal results for those product ranges delivered via DC. • Manage stock balancing activities between stores across regions• Balance Demand versus Supply, Optimal Inventory level at DCs for the stocked items• Key driver in S&OP process: main co-ordination role between Store Operation, Procurement, DC Operation, Transportation, delivering accurate and reliable volume forecast to the Procurement and Logistics team• Serving aggressive monthly New Store Opening plan (biggest mark 121 stores opened in one day 31st Dec 2018)• Key driver in end to end auto replenishment (purchasing) research and development activities• Collaborate with consultants like PwC, Strategy&, McKinsey, E&Y, XAct in supply chain performance assessment and improvement activities

• Analyze Demand versus Supply, build, optimize and control production plan for the whole factory. Production plan consist of mid-term plan (1-6 months) and short-term plan (hourly, shift, daily, weekly).
