• Performs appraisal duties such as verification from concerned agencies of the authenticity of title of properties offered as collateral, its ownership, extent of liens and encumbrances.• Performs background investigation on loan applicants, prospective buyers of acquired assets or bidders, suppliers, applicants for accreditation and applicants for employment with the bank.• Conducts credit checking with banks, suppliers, financing institutions and government agencies like SEC, RTC/MTC, NBI, Police, etc. to determine applicant’s credit standing and if applicant is defendant in a court case, nature and details.• Attends to credit inquiries of other banks and financial institutions.• Prepares credit investigation/appraisal/verification reports on applicants/offered collateral/project implementation.• Conducts inspection of purchases of office supplies• Member of the RMC-CL Technical Working Group.• Performs other duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time.
