Second in command of a 272-person company regularly operating in nine separate countries. Responsible for equipment totaling over $53 million, managing distribution operations across the European continent, as well as, planning, resourcing, and executing the company’s training program. Planned, coordinated, and managed distribution operations in 14 countries throughout Europe working with the local national authorities ensuring the drivers had the proper diplomatic clearances to move cargo through the various nations. Developed and implemented a driver’s training program for new vehicles the company received; trained 30 personnel on the equipment enabling the unit to meet the mission requirement with no accidents. Planned two training exercises, one in Germany and one in Poland, for a company of 272 Soldiers; resourced ammunition, food, water, fuel, and acquired the appropriate diplomatic clearances to transport cargo into Poland.

Managed movement and distribution operations for an over 3,500-Soldier Brigade and 1,400 pieces of equipment both in the U.S. and Korea. Collected, analyzed, and prioritized transportation requirements; developed and led the implementation of an improved and streamlined process for requesting movements leading to improved efficiency. Managed and controlled all of the Brigade’s tactical movements across the Korean peninsula and in the U.S.; planned, coordinated the movement of 680 tracked vehicles in support of gunnery resulting in successful completion of all gunnery operations. Became the first officer to develop and implement a successful plan for aerial resupply at the National Training Center; as a result, provided expedited distribution of $23.8 million in supplies enabling mission success. Responsible for the management of the Brigades $49.7 million ammunition account; allocated ammunition to the Brigades 7 Battalions to meet training requirements while staying within the restraints of the FY 16 and 17 budget mandated by the Army.

Worked in the only bulk fuel company (POL) in support of USARUER and the 21st Theater Sustainment Command. Provided guidance, direction and leadership, ensuring the platoon is prepared for deployment and is capable of performing its wartime mission. Provided bulk fuel transportation and distribution support throughout USAREUR; augmented and provided coordination for the registered mail line haul support. Was responsible for the combat readiness training, welfare, discipline, morale, technical and tactical proficiency of 12 Noncommissioned Officers and 23 Soldiers. Accountable for equipment valued in excess of $10.5 million. -Managed the distribution of US mail in Europe fromFrankfurt International Airport to US Military Bases throughout Germany, Holland and Belgium totaling in over 4.5 million short tons. -Developed a platoon training plan that increased the licensed drivers by 25%. -Earned an Army Achievement Medal for work at the Company.

Oversaw company level supply ensuring property is properly accounted for. Managed Company level maintenance of the unit’s vehicles and weapons systems. Planed coordinated and executed weapons ranges and training events to maintain the readiness of the company. Responsible for management and oversight of the dining facility. -Transferred the company headquarters from Bamberg Germany to Baumholder Germany as part of USAREURs re-alignment. Had to receive and inventory cargo and over 90 pieces of rolling stock and establish new systems and standard operating procedures at the new location. -Established a maintenance plan at the new location which maintained a vehicle readiness rate of over 90%. -Responsible for closing out the registers at the dining facilities and balancing the books to ensure that the facilities records of what was deposited in the bank matched that of the banks.

Attended LOG-C3 which is a 6 month course earning 9 graduate credits and received training in company leadership, operational planning functions, branch specific skills, and multi-functional logistics skills. Studied strategic, operational, and tactical level logistics focusing on theatre opening and supply chain from the manufacturer all the way to the consumer. -Maintained a GPA of 93.29% -Ranked in the top half of class
