I was responsible for the Human Resource Department. I administered benefits, developed training programs, and revised personnel policies and descriptions.

I design effective employee benefit plans and keep clients up to date with federal and state legislation. I work to get the best possible benefit plan at the best price for my clients. I have in-depth plan knowledge and extensive HR management expertise. As part of my consulting services, I will benchmark and analyze your benefit plan and make recommendations that will maximize returns on benefit spending. I also administer benefits for clients. I provide day to day administration for my clients and assume all responsibility for the administration of all plans. I also provide total communications for client employees participating in these plans.
