- Conducting and documenting Feasibility Studies and creating Business Cases- Project Planning and Costings- Collecting, understanding and documenting the business requirements for IT projects, and translating these into functional and non-functional requirements (in use cases) - Analysis and documentation of process/work flows and results of business analysis and obtaining sign-off from client on the specifications.- Providing the link between the customer, development team and any third party regarding software functionality, throughout the development life-cycle.- Managing change requests in relation to project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met.- Data Migration and DB Design- GAP Analysis

This role involved both internal and external support to all of our customers. All support is driven by ITIL and ISO 20000 accreditation and is completed within agreed SLA’s. General duties included-Server Builds - MS and Linux-Answering Queries on MSM 7 and MSM 11 (Marvals own Software)-Writing SQL Queires-Writing SQL scripts-Creating batch files-Setting up users email accounts via Lotus Notes and Active Directory-Installing various software packages including our own bespoke software. This also included small alterations to coding for .Net, HTML and C++.We also supported all internal staff as well as external including: -General PC queries for MS Windows and Linux environments (Client and Server). -Training On a regular basis I was the direct point of contact for clients’ new builds - starting from requirements gathering, building a prototype, promoting this to a test and live systems (servers and databases) on client sites ready for their 'go-live' date.
