* Oversee all marketing and promotional activation for DIAGEO, Diageo Chateau and Estates and Diageo-Guinness throughout Tampa Bay and surrounding markets. Produced over 1,400 on premise, off premise and special events during FY13. Managed 1,265 events YTD for FY14. * Manage and train full-time and part-time staff to ensure all are efficiently versed on the DIAGEO portfolio brands and program objectives along with MKTG, INC policies and procedures. * Create, manage and reconcile all local and national program budgets by overseeing staff payroll, account checks and incurred expenses. * Collaborate with local distributors’ sales managers, Coastal Wine and Spirits and JJ Taylor, to determine target accounts and communicate program objectives in the on and off premise. * Submit weekly, monthly and quarterly event reports to the client, highlighting KPI’s, executive summaries, program reports and business reviews.
