* Prepare overall security plans and manage security operations of the organization, including assignment staffing from service provider. * Investigate all property loss, thefts and criminal activities. * Provides timely security reports to Management. * Manages security service provider costs through financial analysis. * Maintain and conduct routine check-up of all sites; analyse security service provider failures. * Monitor performance of security units installed in the company. * Research market constantly to gain knowledge of latest trends in security system implementation and possible security threats. * Recommended installations of new/ latest security systems or a possible up-gradation in existing systems. * Conduct daily, research on crime risk analysis and advise management.

* Establish and maintain an effective network of contacts, internal and external to BAT business. * Classify threat sources and information received from all sources and grade the information. * Ensure timely collation of relevant information and feed it to the Security Information Manager. * Support travel Security process by providing security briefs and escort to BAT visitors and staff. * Prepare and delivery of concise Weekly Security Awareness report to security information manager. * Deliver crisis communication to BAT, advising on disruption incidents, anticipated or occurring. * Help produce scenario assessments to inform contingency planning. * Support the Security Team by enabling a safe and secure working environment for operational continuity during disruption.
