As our CEO, I have received full accountability as primary project and commercial manager for projects throughout the United States. Prepared project plans, budgets, work procedures, and corporate structure planning initiatives. I laid the groundwork for all company infrastructure, hiring, on-boarding, team management, and regulatory compliance, where I also direct the Human Resources, Finance, and Operations teams.Finally, I directly oversee the company’s safety programs, reducing risk and providing for our team members health and safety is of utmost importance. I maintain and ensure that we comply with all state and federal license requirements as well as executing on-site inspections.

I helped co-found Wolf Line Construction in 2016. In my duties as s a partner, I oversee our business development activities including developing client proposals, executing presentations, and sharing relevant reporting. I also build high trust partnerships throughout our supply chain and with vendor contracts. While maintaining a fiscally conservative P & L and leading the company-wide operational planning for future sales and contracts.

Spearheaded market penetration throughout the Western Canada region and built a robust business model designed for revenue generation. I prepared project execution plans for infrastructure projects valued between C$ 200,000 to C$ 1.6 billion. I managed resources, design, implementation, and issue resolution for each project. While assisting in enhancing the First Nations people brand and overall engagement throughout Canada.I was responsible for evaluating business opportunities and strategically developed relationships with prospective client base. Through aggressive lead generation, I created and maintained a diverse client base that included companies from across sectors utilities, private, and public.

Supervised operation commissioning and managed local contractor through $45M of Civil Construction Project, partnered with operations, engineering construction team, and contractors to develop construction plans to ensure completion of project timelines. As the Senior Engineer, I initiated a review of the mines financial model and mine construction sequence for a complete pit optimization in order to accelerate overall project payback. I created an initial operating budget utilizing in house planning team.I was responsible for developing standard operating procedures for the crew and the project, planning procedures, and led the crew in all daily operations. I built from the ground up a Mine Operations Engineering and Survey Team by recruiting, interviewing, and hiring all qualified workforce. Reviewing and optimizing engineering plans and capital projects in order to increase project efficiencies.

In this role, I served as the Project Manager for installation of crushers, generators, camp facilities and civil projects. I developed multiple schedules and capital budgets for site projects including an ADR plant valued at roughly $US 300 million. While in this position, I managed local contracts through construction of camps and on-site infrastructure. I provided ‘on the ground’ support and guidance to the project directors during the Tasiast Feasibility Study.

I maintained coverage of the junior exploration and junior producer sector. Where I created comprehensive financial models for junior exploration companies based on conceptualized future production.
