• Lead team to develop Repsol’s Annual Long Range Development plan. This includes Repsol’s Annual plan for Subsurface, Drilling and Completions, Maintenance, and Asset Information Management.• Define annual production, capex and opex profiles.• Complete economics analysis and evaluation for the host of opportunities. Provide multiple scenarios and optimize according to the company strategy.• Enforce implementation of internal and external regulation applicable to reserves management.

• Responsible for executing Repsol’s Eagle Ford drilling and completion program ($550mm/year)• Led and tracked pre-drill well delivery, including, land clearance, well pad construction, permitting.• Maintained detailed execution schedule and various KPIs.• Conducted cost control and reporting for the program.• Led and facilitated many improvement initiatives including contract pricing reductions and reducing drilling strings from three to two.• Led the full transition and integration of the acquisition of Inpex Americas into Repsol’s Eagle Ford operations.

• Upon Repsol purchasing of Equinor’s Eagle Ford acreage, responsible for transitioning Midstream and Gathering contracts and operations.• Facilitated assignment and novation of midstream and gathering contracts.• Negotiated new midstream gas processing contract.• Established new hydrocarbon scheduling staff/group.

• Led a team of professionals, representing various geoscience and engineering disciplines, to investigate opportunities outside of conventional development in Libya.• Led a project to complete a final prospective report on Tanezzuft Radioactive Hot Shale, including a regional geochemical analysis estimating original oil in place, and a mineralogy and rock physics study to characterize the ability of the reservoir to be fracture stimulated.• Led a project to include an overlying tight oil reservoir into an existing field development plan. This included petrophysics, creation of the static model, dynamic model, and development and economic optimization.• Led a project to complete a screening of EOR technologies to determine the most suitable for the Libyan fields and to create a preliminary estimate of incremental recovery.

• Responsible to provide embedded support and advice to ensure operational continuity during a transition of operatorship from Repsol to Statoil in the Eagle Ford.• Responsible for facilitating transferring reservoir, production and facilities knowledge, experience and best practices to Statoil.• Liaise with the Equinor Research and Technology group to vet and field test 3 phase meters.• Led an intervention project to improve runtime in our midstream partner company operated facility that gathers and treats approximately half of Statoil’s Eagle Ford production. Previously the facility routinely experienced over 100 hours per month of downtime. This was reduced to 13 hours per month by the end of the project.

• Manage Talisman/Repsol’s interest in the Statoil and 3rd party non-operated businesses with an annual spend of ~$240mm and production of ~24 mboed.• Accountable for developing monthly forecasts for activity, production, capital and operating costs.• Lead planning and strategy for the Statoil and 3rd party non-operated businesses. Integral part of team negotiating annual work plan with the partners.• Responsible for the reserves evaluation for the Statoil and 3rd party operated areas.• Lead technical and economic evaluation of all 3rd party non-operated notices and activity.• Represent Talisman/Repsol on the board of directors of a midstream partnership company that gathers and treats the majority of Statoil’s operated production. Annual gross capital spend in 2015 is $90MM.• Lead well data integrity and distribution with one direct report. Developed protocols to streamline all well information and created a template for knowledge management database.

• Led a cross-function team to develop and execute a well development program including geologic selection, land functions, drilling and completion design and facilities planning.• Developed the annual work plan, monthly and annual production forecast and conducting the reserves evaluation. • Accountable for conducting the economic evaluation of projects within the development area and adjusting the plan and program appropriately.• Led a cross-functional team to develop and execute new ideas to increase production and reduce capital and operating costs. For example, our team executed a 500’ downspacing test in the retrograde gas window and evaluated with PLT’s, tracers and a pressure interference test. This test helped decide to increase well density providing approximately 50 additional drilling locations.

• Responsible for the planning, project management, design and execution of wellsite facilities, pipelines and central facilities.• Managed pipeline projects from participating in land acquisition, completing budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing design engineering through to project managing construction and commissioning.• Accountable for building over 100 wellsite facilities, over 100 miles of pipeline and 2 central facilities.• Led a team to establish a standard, repeatable wellsite design.• Integral part of the team responsible to evaluate a large 3rd party midstream project, such that it suited our company’s needs and was cost effective. The $150mm project was completed and brought on-stream in November 2013.

• Managed all aspects related to water sourcing, storage, transportation, disposal and recycling for a 100+ well/year Marcellus Shale development program. Managed the movement and logistics of more than 400 million gallons of water by truck and pipeline.• Permitted and supervised construction for six water withdrawal sources in the Susquehanna River Basin.• Led the design and construction for several 50 acre-ft water storage impoundments.• Led the design and execution for various above and below ground pipeline water transfer projects, notably a 7 mile, 10” fiberglass pipeline that connected a water withdrawal source to a network of water storage impoundments.• Developed and implemented a solution for 100% reuse and recycling of flowback and production water on subsequent hydraulic fracture jobs.

• Responsible for projects related to maintaining and improving production in both a conventional (Trenton Black River) and unconventional (Marcellus) gas field.• Selected well optimization candidates using Virtuwell software among other techniques. • Executed well optimization and artificial lift projects, which included plunger lift, acid washes, slip streaming and general debottlenecking.• Modeled gathering system in Fekete Piper software to identify optimization projects and to plan pipeline systems for future gathering system projects.• Designed cooling loop to ensure gas met sales pipeline temperature specifications.• Responsible for permitting and construction of water withdrawal sources to support a large hydraulic fracturing program.• Responsible for managing and developing disposal and recycling solutions for well flowback and production water.

• Accountable for the capital and operating budget, production forecast and reserves evaluation for the Ontario and Quebec properties.• Led cross-functional team for generally developing new ideas intended to increase production and/or reduce capital and operating costs, primarily by artificial lift and compression.• Modeled the Lake Erie gathering system in Fekete Piper software, and from this, identified several opportunities to optimize compression.

• Completed many unique mechanical designs and provided manufacturing drawings for particle accelerator components and systems, specifically vacuum boxes and diagnostic devices.• Initiated and created company design and administrative standards guide. • Worked onsite at customer's locations in North America.
