My duties involved my secondment as an FX specialist and assisting in resolving outstanding international payment errors on numerous clients’ accounts in A.I.B Foreign Exchange Restitution Program.

The role consists as acting as a learning architect specialist / business partner within AIB’s iLearn team, in delivering the organisations 2017 annual training plan (through blended learning and in line with with Accenture’s 70-20-10 learning Model). In addition to this I am currently involved in defining /shaping the business initiatives of role based curriculums and level 3 Kirkpatrick training that will be rolled out within AIB

* My duties included the following: * Facilitating in the creation of new business customer accounts for AIB by liaising with multiple internal departments, for the setting up of new to bank corporate clients * Ensuring all regulatory, legal and Anti-Money Laundering requirements were adhered to for each business customer * Verification of who the beneficial owners for each company were by investigating preference shares held * Having expert knowledge of suspicious transactions, financial crime, country risk and enhanced due diligence for customers which I regularly advised staff on * I had responsibly for the supervision of my team for delegating workloads and managing my teams operations; * Achievements: * Identified 4 separate fraudulent accounts trying to be set up * Successfully provided training workshops to staff bringing them up to speed on any changes to enhanced due diligence and risk for Business Accounts * Independently tested and ran the Tax Relief Number (TRN) system in account opening to ensure there were no software issues

* My duties involved the following: * Running Bank of America’s international Drafts program for Central Bank of Australia and ASB New Zealand * The settlement and balancing of multiple international currency draft accounts * Liaising with staff with locations around the world to help identify payment discrepancies within files when they occurred * Managing of a team of 3 people ensuring deadlines and SLA’s were adhered to * Development of an online interactive manual of procedures for handling of files and guidelines for new entrants into Bank of America Sydney. * Achievements: * 1. Development of interactive training manual for new entrants * 2. The synchronization of multiple balance sheets between settlement accounts. Thus allowing for greater transparency and resulted in faster balancing

* My duties involved: * The running and co-ordination of capital expenditure and revenue projects throughout the branch network * Working to strict project deadlines and meeting budgetary requirements * Sourcing new vendors for proactive maintenance works on the branch network * Working with AIB Brand Management on how best to place marketing campaigns within the branch environment. * Achievements: * I obtained ISO accreditation for this department in 2007 * Successfully negotiated a decrease in price with a vendor for carrying out proactive maintenance work for the branch network. This resulted in a 30K saving for my project and the bank as a whole.

* My duties involved the following: * The processing of payment files for both Irish & international organizations * Analysis of these payment files to help identify any errors * Tracing missing e- payments both international and domestic * I was also responsible for advising my client portfolio of software issues when they arouse. * Achievements: * Worked on the testing and ultimately the roll out of a replacement e business payment services for AIB called IBB

My duties included being a senior management with Accenture Ireland in the field of Business Process and Change Enablement, which involved me successfully undertaking projects in L&D, training, service delivery life cycle, recruitment and project / programme management.

My role consisted of delivering a complex material outsourcing project within Ulster Bank, as part of a wider Bank organisational model restructure. This required me to develop a number decision papers for Board approval, creating monthly Programme Board packs to provide key projects updates and engagement across multiple departments for both stakeholder support and approval to proceed for the Central Bank of Ireland.
