I work with clinical application specialists, infomaticians, doctors, pharmacists, medical heads of units, department leaders, transforming care, and communications and other Monash Health teams to design, develop and facilitate education and training of digital clinical platforms through different modalities to Monash Health staff, primarily doctors and pharmacists, and using these platforms to provide patient-centered-care, clinical assessment and clinical education.

As the Digital Health Training & Adoption Co-Coordinator and continuing Principal Trainer, I am responsibile for supporting managerial duties within the department to ensure training and adoption needs are delivered within the values and principles of Monash Health; namely within the medical (doctors) workforce of Monash Health, Pharmacy and Allied Health clinical services. Under this portfolio, I am also responsible for developing, improving and innovating educational approaches within clinical and technological settings, and provide project and change management support to a wide variety of Digital Health and clinical projects including Virtual Care projects and intergration of technologies to advance patient care and patient services.
